LeadPilot pulls business data from Google Maps and Instagram, finds public emails and drafts outreach from customer reviews.
The problem
A list of business names is not yet useful outreach. The work is finding contact details, spotting why a business might need help, and deciding who deserves attention first.

- Google Maps and Instagram discovery through Apify
- A crawler that checks business websites for contact emails
- Scoring for businesses with demand but a weak digital presence
- Gemini-written outreach grounded in reviews and business details
- Batch jobs, progress tracking and CSV export
How it works
The Next.js dashboard talks to a FastAPI backend. A separate worker handles discovery and enrichment jobs, while the same pipeline can run from the command line for one-off searches.
What still needs setup
The app runs locally or with Docker. Live searches and outreach need Apify and Gemini keys. The repository contains the setup.
Known limit: some businesses have no website, and provider limits can reduce email coverage. The job tracker marks partial results.
